I have a BFA in Graphic Design and over 8 years of experience in UX, content production, and email development. My primary focus is always improving the accessibility and user experience of digital products.
I write, design, and code using tools like Adobe, Figma, Contentful, Prismic, Visual Studio, and many, many more. I am also proficient in using Jira/Confluence and following agile development methodologies.

The problem:
Implementing languages on Ria's product was quickly becoming unsustainable.
The process:
I led the effort for this project and took it through the product process (Brainstormed, Defined, Implemented, Tested, and Launched) across all authenticated versions of the Ria app and website. '
The result:
Saving the company 1 million estimated dollars in work time and expanded language support for customers.
The problem:
The app store was outdated and missing many growth and ASO opportunities.
The process:
I worked with stakeholders to define and write successful updates for improved ASO for the Ria app. The screens went through multiple reviews and received approval from the Global Marketing Director.
The result:
I created over 800 individual screens for various sizes and languages, improving search results by 3% MoM.
The problem:
The website was outdated, didn't match the competition, and wasn't driving traffic.
The process:
Gather all requirements, create wire frames, collect assets, and work within the constraints of the WordPress to build out the new site.
The result:
The Dubuque Ob/Gyn website is the top search result for multiple long-tail keywords.
The problem:
The manual process of submitting document via email is causing customer frustration and high drop-off rates.
The process:
Evaluate the backend process for how the ekyc team can receive documents. Build new UI, Iterate the designs, and test to ensure proper function.
The result:
The new Document Upload feature is release and improves conversion by 5% in regions affected by this additional step.
Ria needed content consistency. I created the UX guidelines and implemented best practices across the Ria website and app.
